OUR TEAM
President & Owner
Julie Oliver
Julie Oliver founded Architectural Floors in April 1995 after gaining extensive experience in commercial Interior Design with HOK and Kirksey Architects and in sales and construction management with Carpet Services/Dupont. Her vision for a product specification driven firm working in tandem with key commercial A&D firms quickly proved successful, with the first year’s revenue reaching over 1 million dollars. Strategic hires in installation, project management, and finance roles helped the company grow to $3.17 million in sales by the end of 1996. In early 1997, Architectural Floors became Arch Floors, Inc., with Julie Oliver as President and Chairman of the Board. The company grew to $9 million in annual revenue by 2000 and continued its upward trajectory to become a $30 million per year corporation over the following two decades. Julie provided invaluable strategic guidance and actively participated in developing long-term plans to ensure alignment with the company's vision. In late 2023, Julie Oliver reacquired full ownership of Architectural Floors. With over three decades of industry expertise, she remains dedicated to upholding the company's commitment to quality and innovation. Architectural Floors will continue to operate under its current name and location, with the same dedicated team of professionals. Our clients have experienced a seamless transition with the same high level of service they have come to expect from the company with its longstanding commitment to its corporate philosophy. As of 2024, Julie is proud to officially have Architectural Floors recognized, once again, as a Woman-owned Business. She is currently in the process of obtaining Architectural Floors HUB Certification.
